On October 29, 2024 (Tuesday) at about 4:28 PM, in front of house no. 780 Kagandahan St., Brgy. 152, Tondo, Manila, thru the relentless efforts of MPD PS-7 Jose Abad Santos Police Station Operatives arrested accused alias “Ken- Ken”, 20 years old born on April 3, 2004, at Tondo Manila, male, single, construction worker and a resident of house no. 780 Kagandahan St., Brgy. 152, Tondo, Manila under Warrant of Arrest for Frustrated Murder with recommended bail of Php 200,000.00 issued by HON. JAMES T. SY, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 4, Manila docketed under Criminal Case No. R-MNL-23-03336-CR dated May 24, 2023.

During his arrest, the accused was properly informed of his constitutional rights in a language he knew and understood but opted to exercise his right to remain silent. The accused is detained at PS-2 Custodial Facility as temporary custodial of PS-7 Police Station pending the return of the Warrant of Arrest to the court of origin.
