On November 6, 2024, at about 1:35 PM in Barangay Padre Pio, Pandi, Bulacan, operatives of DPIOU, MPD conducted intelligence driven operation that resulted to the implementation of the Warrant of Arrest against alias HENRY, Filipino, male, 23 years old, single, construction worker and a resident of Barangay Padre Pio, Pandi, Bulacan for the crime “HOMICIDE” (RPC ART 249) under CC Nos. R-MNL-24-05818- CR issued by Hon. THELMA BUNYI MEDINA, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 32- Manila City with Php 120,000.00 Bail Recommendation dated September 27, 2024.

The operation stemmed from the series of validation and relentless efforts followed by continuous operational research and week-long surveillance uncovering the subject’s whereabouts until he was positively identified and located and the Warrant of Arrest was duly served to him.

The arrested accused was duly informed about the nature of the case being imputed against him and apprised of his Constitutional Rights under R.A. 7438 in a language known to (TAGALOG) and understood by him but opted to remain silent. Likewise, the arrested accused will be temporarily detained under MPD Custodial Facility while waiting for the issuance of commitment order from the court of origin.
